We would like to have a mascot but we do not know what to choose?

When choosing a character we are here to help you with all open dilemmas. The easiest way is to meet in person so we can discuss different possibilities and aspects of the characters. Do you design a mascot?

Yes. :) If you have already thought about your character, but you do not have a design yet, we can help you with vector or jpg character design. You can then use that design in all your marketing communications.

What is an average mascot weight?

An average mascot weight is between 6 and 8 kilograms.

Is it hot in the mascot?

Yes. While performing it is hot in every mascot. Especially in warm weather and in rooms with no air-conditioning.

However, the built-in fan system and /or special cooling jackets help you to handle the heat better.

Who is suitable for performing animation?

A suitable animator is preferably a person who is physically fit enough to deal with demanding animation work in mascot. Furthermore it is very important that animator likes working with people and has an ability to bring the character to life.

How much does one mascot cost?

The price depends on the complexity of mascot design and the quantity of accessories.

How long does it take to create a mascot?

To create one mascot it takes from 4 to 8 weeks. Sketching and material selection are not included in creation time as they can vary from mascot to mascot and they mostly depend on the client’s responsiveness.

Can you create mascot in a shorter time?

When production capacity allows us to do so, it is possible to choose a “rush order” option at an additional cost. Alternatively, you can also choose one of the already high quality made mascots from our stock.

Is it possible to rent a mascot?

Sorry, at this moment we do not offer this service.

What is the mascot life span?

With taking good care of your mascot, it can last for several years. Some of our mascots have been active for more than 10 years and are still looking great.

Do you offer also mascot cleaning and repair services?

Of course. In case you need mascot cleaning or it has been accidently damaged, you can bring or send it to us for checkup. We will assess cleaning and repairing possibilities, the scope of work needed and we will send you an offer with cost estimation.

How to clean the mascot?

Tim Art mascots come with instructions on how to clean individual parts of the mascot. Our mascots are user friendly and designed for easy mascot cleaning by yourself. Usually, it is a combination of manual cleaning and cleaning in the washer. However, we are also here to help you with more demanding and professional mascot cleaning.

How can we include our mascot onto our website? Can you send us a sketch?

Of course. Aside from manufacturing mascots, we also create and draw characters. For usage of such designs in marketing communication, we prepare them in vector or .jpg form.
